How do I purchase a collection?

You can subscribe to a collection by clicking the shop icon on the page. Then you can either add more collections or continue to checkout.

When will my purchase be available?

Your purchase or access should be available as soon as your payment has been processed. This can take several minutes, but in most cases just a few seconds. If you experience any problems, feel free to contact our support through the chat.

Some content is missing or I can't access my purchased collection/s. What do I do?

Your issue is most likely related to the automatic synchronisation feature not working properly yet, because the app is still in development. Most of these types of issues can be fixed by manually synchronizing the app. To do this, press the “synchronize” button in settings. If this doesn’t fix your problem, you can contact us through our support e-mail: support@songtreasures.org

How do I manage my subscriptions?

Head over to Collections and click on the button: “Manage Subscriptions” (this is only shown if you have active subscriptions connected to your account).

You will be directed to a page where you can update your payment details or cancel subscriptions.

How do I log in with another Google account if the option is not there?

Go to any Google site, (for example https://google.com) and add an account or log out & in to the account you want to use.
